Plantation is an activity related to a certain plant on soil or other growing media in an appropriate ecosystem, such as processing, growing crops, marketing or distributing goods and services resulting from the plant. Some of the benefits of plantations include being a source of foreign exchange, maintaining / preserving soil fertility, preventing erosion, and most importantly being able to create jobs. For example, plantation commodities are tea, coffee, sugar cane, tobacco, and so on. 

There are several things that need to be considered to get good plants, ranging from soil fertility, sufficient water intensity, and including good organic fertilizer. Organic fertilizer itself as it is known is a fertilizer that is partially or wholly derived from plants or animals that go through an engineering process in either solid or liquid form which is used to supply organic material with the aim of improving the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil.
